Deposits are credited to your PKR wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes of a successful payment confirmation on your end, contact support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals from your pak804 PKR wallet are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure funds are returned to their verified source.
To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified. Verification requires a valid CNIC and confirmation of your payment method. Accounts that have not completed verification may deposit and play but cannot process withdrawals until the required documents are submitted and reviewed.
